Plenary Speaker
Eira Hammond
Managing Consultant – HR and Payroll, BT Global Services
Implementing your HR solution: Does the thought of an HR implementation excite you or fill you with trepidation?
There’s a bit of an enigma surrounding the whole implementation process and unless you’ve been through it yourself you could be quite apprehensive at the thought of everything that needs to be done. Many companies provide specialist consultants to help, or can project manage the process on your behalf but how much, in reality, could you actually do for yourself?
- Do you really need a new system?
- What needs to be done to implement the system?
- Where do you start?
- Have you got the skills to do some of it yourselves?
- When do you know if you’ve been successful?
